As an artist working freelance, it will be important to have the right tools to run a business. Invoicing is one of the essential items used within freelance work.
After reviewing my information from our tax session I created a mock invoice (seen below) which includes the essential qualities needed.
When creating the invoice, using my logo and also branding colour scheme was something I wanted to keep consistent throughout. I therefore chose to apply my logo at the top of the document, where it will be seen and recognised.
I proceeded to request information for each individual client and the job which has taken place. This is important to identify who the job was performed on and also when.
The reference section provides an area for me to name a treatment i.e Sarah Harding Wedding June 2015. The reference number backs this up as a specific number correlated to a date.
The grid below provides the information on the treatment, how many times this was performed, the agreed rate and the overall amount. Having this agreed on paper and then signed at the bottom offers no room for argument, with this becoming an official document.

I am extremely upbeat to discover this blog. Thanks for making the page! Im positive that it will be extremely well known. cloud invoicing
